Contest By-Laws for The Real American Beer Tag Team Contest

1. Eligibility

• The contest is open to legal residents of the United States who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry.
• Employees of The Real American Beer, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. How to Enter

• Follow @TheRealAmericanBeer on Facebook and/or Instagram.
• Post content that captures your celebrations or special moments.
• Include the hashtag #TagMeInBrother in your post.
• Tag 3 friends in your post.

3. Content Guidelines

• All submissions must be original content created by the entrant.
• Submissions that depict the infraction of any United States laws or dangerous stunts will not be accepted and will be disqualified from the contest.
• Content must adhere to Instagram’s community guidelines.

4. Entry Period

• The contest begins at 12 AM on August 14, 2024 and ends at 11:59 PM on September 3, 2024.
• Entries submitted before or after the entry period will not be eligible.

5. Judging Criteria

• Entries will be judged based on creativity, relevance to the theme, and adherence to the contest rules.
• A panel of judges selected by The Real American Beer will determine the winner.

6. Winner Notification

• The winner will be notified via direct message on Instagram within 7 days of the contest closing date.
• The winner must respond within 48 hours to claim their prize. Failure to respond within the time frame will result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected.

7. Prize

• The contest winner will receive: you and two friends will be invited on and all expenses paid VIP experience to hang out with Hulk Hogan and the real American team at a fall college football tailgate.
• No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent of the prize is permitted except by The Real American Beer, who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

8. General Conditions

• By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these by-laws and the decisions of The Real American Beer, which are final and binding in all respects.
• The Real American Beer reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these by-laws or engages in any activity that is unlawful or harmful to others.
• The Real American Beer is not responsible for any technical malfunctions, lost or delayed entries, or any other issues that may affect participation in the contest.

9. Rights Granted by You

• By entering this contest, you grant The Real American Beer a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display your submitted content on its social media channels, website, and in other promotional materials.

10. Limitation of Liability

• By entering the contest, you agree to release and hold harmless The Real American Beer, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, loss, or damage arising from or in connection with participation in the contest or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

11. Governing Law

This contest is governed by the laws of the United States, and any disputes will be resolved in accordance with the laws of Florida.
