Hulkaween Sweepstakes – Terms & Conditions

Promotion Details:

RAHM, Inc. dba Real American Beer is hosting the “Hulkaween Sweepstakes” (“Sweepstakes”). Participants can enter by dressing up in their best Hulk Hogan costume and posting a photo on instagram with #Hulkaween, Max of one (1) entry per entrant a day. 

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY to enter or win.

Eligibility:

Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are at least 21 years or older at time of entry., Void outside the U.S., in Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and other U.S territories and possessions. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law. Employees, contractors, or affiliates of Real American Beer, as well as their immediate family members, wholesale distributors, and retail licensees, are not eligible to participate. Participation constitutes entrants’ full and unconditional agreement to these Terms and Conditions and RAHM, Inc.’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to these sweepstakes.

How to Enter:

To enter, participants may:

Dress in a Hulk Hogan costume and post of photo on instagram with #Hulkaween; and follow the instructions on the Sweepstakes website.

Each valid picture counts as one entry. Maximum of one (1) entry per day per person. Any attempt by entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations, logins or any other methods, including, but not limited to, commercial contest/sweepstakes subscription notification and/or entering services, will void entrant's entries and that entrant may be disqualified. Final eligibility for the award of any prize is subject to eligibility verification as set forth below. All entries must be uploaded by the end of the Promotion Period in order to participate.

No purchase necessary. Making a purchase or payment of any kind will not increase your chances of winning. For alternate methods of entry, refer to the Official Rules.

Promotion Period:

The sweepstakes begins on October 1, 2024 and ends on November 1, 2024. All entries must be received during the Sweepstakes period to be eligible.

Prizes:

Four (4) weekly winners chosen on each Tuesday of October (10/8/24, 10/15/24, 10/23/24 and 10/29/24) will receive a $25 gift card for free beer. One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive the “Ultimate Hulk Hogan Prize Pack,” which may include Hulk Hogan-themed merchandise and Real American Beer-branded items (final items to be determined by RAHM, Inc.). The prize will be shipped to the winner. Prizes are non-transferable, and no cash equivalent or substitutions will be provided.

Winner Selection and Notification:

Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the sweepstakes period. Selection will be conducted by RAHM, Inc., whose decisions are final. If RAHM, Inc. cannot verify that the potential winner is 21 years of age or older, the potential winner will be disqualified, and an alternate winner may be randomly selected. 

Any prize notification or prize returned to RAHM, Inc. as undeliverable will result in prize forfeiture, and the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner.The potential prize winner may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and release of liability, and a Publicity Release (collectively \"the Prize Claim Documents\"). No substitution or transfer of a prize is permitted except by RAHM, Inc.

Limitations:

Each participant may submit a maximum of one (1) entry per day. Any individual found submitting more than the allowed entries will be disqualified. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other prize. RAHM, Inc. reserves the right to substitute a prize with another prize of equal or greater value if the original prize cannot be awarded for any reason. Prize winners are solely responsible for any taxes, fees, or costs associated with the prizes.

Disqualification:

Participants under the age of 21, submitting more than one (1) entry a day, or engaging in fraudulent activities will be disqualified. Real American Beer reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any participant.

Limitation of Liability:

RAHM, Inc. assumes no responsibility or liability for (a) any incorrect or inaccurate entry information, or for any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions; (b) any unauthorized access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of entries at any point in the operation of this Sweepstakes; (c) any technical malfunction, failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, camera, computers or providers utilized in any aspect of the operation of the Sweepstakes; (d) inaccessibility or unavailability of any network or wireless service, the Internet or website or any combination thereof; (e) suspended or discontinued Internet, wireless or landline phone service; or (f) any injury or damage to participant's or to any other person’s computer or mobile device which may be related to or resulting from any attempt to participate in the Sweepstakes or download of any materials in the Sweepstakes.

If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned for reasons which may include without limitation, infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which may corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, RAHM, Inc. reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes in whole or in part. In such an event, RAHM, Inc. shall immediately suspend all drawings and prize awards, and RAHM, Inc. reserves the right to award any remaining prizes in a manner deemed fair and equitable by RAHM, Inc. RAHM, Inc. and Released Parties shall not have any further liability to any participant in connection with the Sweepstakes.

Release:

By entering the sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless RAHM, Inc. dba Real American Beer and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners from any claims or liabilities arising from participation in the sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize. The winner, by accepting the prize, grants permission for RAHM, Inc. to use their name, likeness, and prize information for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
